The Rock of Ifach is a defining Calpe landmark, visible from different parts of the coast. Use it to understand your position while choosing a seafront section that suits the apartment. A coastal walk can be a complete outing without entering the natural park or reaching a summit.
Pick the beach or promenade area where you want to begin, such as Arenal or La Fossa, and decide on a sensible turnaround point. Do not assume that the quickest way between two coastal points follows the water continuously; check the actual public route.
Keep beach and walking equipment proportionate
If the plan includes a beach stop, take the supplies for that visit and adjust the remaining distance accordingly. Otherwise, leave bulky towels behind and enjoy the seafront with a lighter bag. The apartment can support a separate swim later if its route is convenient.
Assess current local conditions before entering the water. A view of sheltered-looking sea from the promenade is not a substitute for the information at the beach. Members of the group who prefer a walk can agree a precise meeting point rather than waiting indefinitely at a vaguely named section of coast.
Treat the park as another plan
If someone wants to visit Ifach's natural park, consult the current official access requirements and route information separately. Preparation, suitability and any entry arrangements deserve attention before arrival. Do not add it impulsively to a seafront day simply because the rock appears close.
The rest of the group does not need to share that activity. Agree independent arrangements and apartment access where interests differ. A holiday can include a more demanding outing for some guests and an easier coastal day for others without either becoming the default for everyone.

Buy ingredients for an uncomplicated meal when the walking is over, heading back directly with refrigerated items. Leave time to dry towels and rest before making an evening plan.
