Walk the final part on the map
Trace the route from the station entrance to the building and then from the building to the beach. These are two separate tests. An apartment conveniently placed for rail can still require an awkward beach walk, while a seafront flat may be less convenient with luggage.

An early departure needs its own transport check. Verify the service that fits your flight or onward train and leave a realistic margin for luggage and airport procedures.
